You can bet that Morton?s thought delivering a steak was probably a small price to pay for such a potentially positive outcome.

Aside from delighting customers, the other benefit of this process is that the opposite is also true ? you can put out virtual fires much more quickly if you are active on social media. If you are not present when people start posting bad things about your business, you will lose customers and might not even know why.

There are two reasons why you should get a domain name ? it looks more professional and article directories will not allow you to link to an address with your affiliate code.

You can register a domain name cheaply with any number of companies but, to make it easier, I would suggest you look at Go Daddy or Namecheap. They are big, popular and cheap, but there are plenty to choose from and you might have your own preference.

When you register your domain name you then need to connect it to the landing page of the product you are selling. You do this by forwarding your domain name to your hoplink. This means when people click on your domain name it will open up the sales page or the landing page of the product.

You need to take one more step ? you have the option to forward it with masking and you should do this. This means people clicking on you domain name will not only be directed to the product?s sales page but your domain name will appear in the browser address bar. This looks more professional and protects your affiliate code from being used by others. This might sound complicated but all you need to do is click on the ?forwarding? button and follow the instructions.

Write articles to direct people to your domain:

Article directories are looking for good, original content. Do a search for the top artictle directories and submit to to them. Read the rules of the directories before you submit articles as this will save you a lot of time in rejections and rewrites.

Here are some basic rules that all directories follow:

*Write original, helpful, informative articles, which are grammatically correct

*Do not refer to your product or try to sell your product in the body of your articles

*Use the resource box at the end of the article to establish your credentials and to link readers to your domain

*Write articles of about 500 words, as this will satisfy most directories. Check the rules, as at least one directory has a minimum of 600 words.

DULUTH, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) - It was Milwaukee mayor versus standing governor at Friday's debate as challenger Democrat Tom Barrett took on current Republican Governor Scott Walker.

It was the first of two televised debates, and jobs were again a big talking point.

Job numbers in campaign ads have been a source of contention between the two candidates. Friday was no different. Both parties defended their job numbers.

They also debated collective bargaining reforms, the proposed mine near Mellen as well as the reason this election is happening in the first place.

While Barrett says Walker has caused neighbors to not be able to speak to neighbors because of politics, Governor Walker defended his reforms saying no one's talking about them anymore because the reforms are working, but he would change the process in the future.

Money from outside has been pouring in final weeks ahead of the election.

If Governor Scott Walker were to lose, he would be only the third recalled governor in the U.S. in history.

The election will be held June 5.

Several polls have been showing Walker with a slight lead.

President Mugabe: homosexuality will ?lead to extinction?

President Robert Mugabe has spoken out once more against homosexuality, saying it will kill off the human race, and does not belong in Zimbabwe.

Speaking at a women?s HIV/AIDS and gender rights conference in Harare yesterday, he said the ?gay world? goes against nature, and male homosexuality takes away women?s traditional rights to be a mother.

?When God created Adam ? if Adam had desired a person like him it would not have made him any happier,? he said.

?When a man says he wants to get married to another man, we in Zimbabwe don?t accept it. We can?t talk of women?s rights at all if we go in that direction. It will lead to extinction.?

Yesterday?s women?s rights meeting coincided with Amnesty International?s annual global rights report, which cited concerns over ?worsening discrimination in Africa over people?s sexual orientation or gender identity.?

In October, two allegedly gay men were arrested in Harare after being attacked by a mob. After a court cleared them of engaging in homosexual acts, Mugabe?s party militants then repeatedly threatened violence against the men?s lawyers.

Navanethem Pillay, the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, arrived in Zimbabwe last Sunday to assess human rights in the country. She said that decisive leadership was needed to create fairer laws concerning property rights for widows, sexual violence, marital rape, sex work, and homosexuality.

Homosexuality is currently illegal in Zimbabwe ? laws passed in 2006 made it illegal for two people of the same sex to hold hands, hug, or kiss. The Censorship and Entertainments Control Act also stops citizens from importing, printing, publishing, distributing, or selling any publication which is ?indecent or obscene or is offensive or harmful to public morals or is likely to be contrary to public health?.

Mugabe, who has previously described same-sex partners as ?worse than pigs and dogs,? has vowed not to allow gay rights to be included in a new constitution being?drafted.

EU still looking for way forward on Greece, growth, and euro zone

The latest summit in Brussels concluded with wide agreement that something needs to be done but with little consensus on what to do.

European Union leaders concluded their latest summit with few concrete steps to fix the continent's festering financial crisis even as the potential for a messy Greek exit from the euro appears to be rising. Some leaders stressed the importance of planning for just such an event but offered no concessions for Greece's stringent bailout terms.

The perception that European leaders lack the political will to tackle the continent's financial and economic problems has left markets on edge for weeks. Recession is spreading and government borrowing costs are on the rise across much of Europe, making it harder for heavily indebted countries to finance their deficits. The biggest fear is that if Greece cannot be saved, other larger economies ? like Spain or Portugal ? might face the same fate.

The eurozone countries "have to consider all kinds of events," Luxembourg Prime Minister Jean-Claude Juncker told reporters after a European Union summit, but insisted that "the working assumption" was that Greece would remain part of the euro. Leaders gathered in Brussels recognized that Greece had endured significant hardships and promised to release development funds aimed at spurring growth.

But the statement from Juncker, who also chairs meetings of eurozone finance ministers, was a frank admission that Greece could wind up abandoning the euro ? especially after fringe political parties that are threatening to renege on commitments made to secure bailout loans saw their popularity surge in recent elections. No party has been able to form a government, and the country will vote again June 17.

Many analysts fear a Greek exit would cause investors to doubt the financial viability of other weak members that use the currency and create global financial panic. Others have said that Greece, already in its fifth year of recession, has no hope of recovery if it sticks to the spending cuts and tax hikes it agreed to in order to secure bailout loans.

"We want Greece to remain in the euro area," German Chancellor Angela Merkel said after the meeting. "We expect that they will stick to the commitments that they have entered into."

Political uncertainty in Greece is just one of the fires the Europe needs to put out. Leaders are also facing rising borrowing costs in Spain and Italy that could force them to seek bailouts and sluggish growth across the region exacerbated by budget cuts meant to reassure markets about high debt levels.

But the meeting was short on answers, even as leaders described a wide-ranging discussion that touched on ways to boost growth and ensure that the debt crisis, which has eaten away at Europe's economies and confidence in their currency for more than two years, never recurs.

Markets had expected the summit to disappoint and it did. Europe's stock markets had fallen heavily during trading on Wednesday and the euro hit a near two-year low against the dollar.

Asian stock markets struggled to make headway early Thursday as the lack of a breakthrough in Europe unnerved traders. Japan's benchmark Nikkei 225 was marginally down at 8,550.62 while Hong Kong's Hang Seng Index fell 0.2 percent to 18,749.19.

Dariusz Kowalczyk, senior economist at Credit Agricole CIB in Hong Kong, said Thursday: "Europe is not doing enough, and the market may not wait for them."

One of the biggest questions facing Europe is whether it's time to cut Greece some slack. Some European countries seemed ready to ease the pressure, and international organizations have called for the pace of austerity measures to be slowed in some struggling countries.

But the Thursday's summit of 27 European Union leaders ended with no apparent concessions. A final statement said Greece had to respect its commitments and trumpeted the money the Eurozone and the International Monetary Fund had loaned Greece as a sign of their "solidarity." It did say that funds for economic development would be sent to Greece ? though it's unclear how much of an immediate impact on growth they would have.

Juncker insisted early Thursday that he had not asked the euro nations to prepare national contingency plans for a possible chaotic departure of Greece from the currency.

French President Francois Hollande said that to evoke the even the possibility was dangerous ? and would send a signal to the markets that the eurozone wasn't standing behind Greece.

The debate reflects the fine line European leaders must walk between pressuring Greece to stick to a program of spending cuts and tax hikes that have exacerbated its economic slowdown and trying to ensure its presence in the eurozone.

Greece is now in its fifth year of recession, and many argue the country cannot hope for a recovery if it sticks to the bailout deal. The minor parties that fared well in recent elections have said the country needs a break, and even some international organizations have begun to call for easing austerity measures in some struggling countries.

Slow growth and uncertainty over Greece is making things worse for other struggling eurozone countries, like Spain, whose borrowing rates are high ? and rising ? because of fears that its government finances might be overwhelmed by the costs of rescuing its ailing banking sector.

In a meeting early Wednesday in Paris with Hollande, Spanish Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy warned that his country couldn't continue much longer with its current high borrowing rates. High borrowing rates are at the heart of Europe's crisis and are what caused Greece, Ireland and Portugal to seek bailouts.

"Europe has to come up with an answer," Rajoy said. "It is a must, because we cannot go on like this for a long time, with large differences when it comes to financing ourselves."

Rajoy suggested the European Central Bank resume some of its emergency measures, such as buying the bonds of weak countries, which has the impact of lowering countries' borrowing rates. The ECB has suspended the purchases because, as an independent body, it does not want to be seen supporting governments directly. Instead, it has given European banks massive amounts of cheap loans to bolster confidence in the financial system and allow banks to buy up their country's debt.

Leaders on Thursday also discussed ways to buoy growth, like unleashing unused EU development funds that will go to Greece and others, increasing the financing of the European Investment Bank, which could then give loans to companies, and issuing "project bonds," debt that would be invested in large infrastructure projects.

They also addressed the contentious issue of whether the countries that use the euro should spread the risk and borrow money jointly ? issuing so-called "eurobonds." This would mean every country could borrow funds at the same rate, substantially lowering the costs for the more indebted countries.

Hollande has pushed for them as an important way to ensure such a crisis never happens again, but Merkel has rejected them, fearing they would reduce the pressure on heavily indebted governments to heal their finances and force Germany to borrow at higher rates.

"I believe that they are not a contribution to foster growth in the eurozone because the very similar interest rates which we had over many years, have basically led to grave wrong developments," she said as she headed into Wednesday's meeting.

Group: S.Sudan troops kill, torture minority tribe

JUBA, South Sudan (AP) ? South Sudan military forces tasked with carrying out a disarmament campaign among feuding ethnic groups are raping, torturing and killing members of a minority community, community leaders and aid workers say.

The disarmament campaign follows two outbreaks of violence linked to cattle raids between the Murle and Lou Nuer tribes over the last year in the remote state of Jonglei. Hundreds ? and likely more than 1,000 ? people were killed in the two clashes.

In an effort to stem future violence, the Sudan People's Liberation Army, South Sudan's military, embarked on a disarmament campaign in March in which more than 10,000 weapons have been taken so far, said military spokesman Col. Philip Aguer.

But aid groups and community members say the SPLA is killing and torturing members of the Murle, a tribe reviled by many other South Sudanese, while carrying out the disarmament campaign. Alleged abuses include simulated drownings, tying up young men to trees and beating them, and widespread rape against women.

The Murle appear to be ostracized by most other tribes in South Sudan in part because they received military support from leaders in Khartoum, Sudan, when the south and north battled in a two-decade civil war. The Murle also have a reputation for carrying out child abductions from other tribes and of conducting cattle raids that can results in hundreds of human deaths and tens of thousands of stolen cattle.

Allegations of abuse during the disarmament campaign are being investigated by military lawyers, Aguer said.

A state government report dated March 30 and obtained by The Associated Press listed some of the deaths: James Kengen Logidang was killed at home while sitting in a chair. Korok Manyngar Kengen, 15, was killed as his cattle were being stolen by SPLA soldiers. "The boy didn't have a gun," the report said.

The aid group Medecins Sans Frontieres, or Doctors Without Borders, said it has treated 30 patients since mid-March who suffered injuries from the disarmament campaign. Two have since died. Three patients had gunshot wounds and 26 had trauma injuries from beatings, the group said.

Aid groups contend that such numbers are underreported because most of the attacks take place in remote areas.

The disarmament campaign began as a voluntary handing over of guns, and then was to move into a compulsory phase, though military leaders have since said the voluntary phase would continue. Aid groups question whether the process is truly voluntary.

Peter Guzulu, a member of the Murle community, said at least 10 people have been killed "for no apparent reason." An 11th death took place against a male running from soldiers with a rifle in hand, he said.

Guzulu was the chairman of the government-run Jonglei Human Rights Commission from September 2010 until mid-March, when he said he was dismissed by the governor but wasn't told why. Guzulu believes he was removed "so I didn't talk to journalists or write reports."

"People are being beat in the towns and villages. They are told to confess to having guns. Women are beaten. Some are raped. When is this torture going to end? That is the question people ask all the time," he said.

Aguer said all communities in Jonglei are being disarmed. He said the Murle have the most weapons and that some members are heading into Ethiopia to keep their AK-47 assault rifles.

A report published last month by five aid groups, including Washington D.C.-based Pact and the South Sudan Law Society, said the current disarmament campaign ? the fifth in Jonglei in the last six years ? risks perpetuating a cycle of violence that has seen thousands killed and hundreds of thousands displaced in recent years. If the Murle believe they are being forcibly targeted in the campaign, the report said, they will re-arm and seek revenge.

The report urges the U.N. to prioritize the protection of civilians.

A statement this month from the U.N.'s top representative in South Sudan, Hilde Johnson, commended the disarmament effort, but critics of the campaign say the U.N. mission in South Sudan is ignoring evidence of abuse and torture.

The U.N. said in April that a peaceful disarmament campaign that respects human rights is vital to ending the cyclical violence and noted that while cases of abuse and sexual violence have been reported they do not appear to be part of a systematic campaign.

Kouider Zerrouk, a spokesman for the U.N. mission, said the U.N. has no way of knowing how many cases of abuse have occurred.

"These human rights violations are serious and are a concern for us," Zerrouk said. "But if we look into the whole process covering the whole region as big as Bangladesh, yes, generally it went in a peaceful manner in the sense that there was no outbreak of major clashes between communities."

Aguer said the disarmament campaign would continue for the rest of the year.

Judy McCallum, the former head in South Sudan of the aid group Pact, said the Murle are "basically under siege" by the government and military. She added that Murle youth are "out of control" ? a reference to cattle-raiding attacks ? but have no path to improve their lives.

Aid groups, McCallum said, are reporting systemic rape and drownsings. "Everyone I talk to say women are being raped constantly. So there's no incentive to give up their guns," she said. She said there is impunity for violence against the Murle.

McCallum said the U.N. is overemphasizing the success of the disarmament campaign and does not appear to be adequately concerned with the protection of civilians.

Minority Rights Group International on Thursday released new rankings of peoples under threat. South Sudan ? which broke away from Sudan last year to become the world's newest nation ? ranked in the top 10 because of the Murle-Lou Nuer violence.

In December and January, members of the Lou Nuer community attacked the Murle, likely killing hundreds of people. That attack came in retaliation for an August attack by the Murle that killed at least 600.
