When I was new to Internet marketing, my greatest fear was public speaking. I knew that I would eventually need to speak to groups in order to take my business to the next level, but I was afraid that I just did not have enough to offer anyone else in the very beginning. What I mean by this is that they are not your direct competitors, but they do offer something that your target market would be interested in knowing more about and spending money on. Then schedule an interview where you can ask questions related to the topic. It will be awkward at first, but after you have done a few interviews you will be more relaxed. Once you make a sale from this technique you will be hooked for life.
At the end of my first year I packaged up 20 of my best calls and offered them as a ninety-seven dollar product. Most of these were interviews, and I not only made many sales at this price, I also sold more affiliate products as new people listened to teleseminar interviews I had recorded several months earlier. This also gave me more credibility with the people I had interviewed, and soon they were asking if they could interview me for their list.
As you can see, interviews by teleseminar are an excellent way to get started with public speaking and Internet marketing in a profitable way.
